This workshop is customised for membership organisations and will help you develop your recruitment and retention plans.
You will learn how to:
How to develop and formulate your strategic plans: A walk through a step-by-step roadmap of the key stages involved
The critical ingredients required for success
A review of the strategies used by associations
Who to involve in the planning group
How to identify and review the trends that will impact on future direction and strategy (NB: These are covered in workshop 6 in future trends.)
Techniques used to analyse data
What makes inspiring vision and mission statements that help guide the process and keep everyone moving in the same direction
How to communicate and cascade the results of the process throughout the organisation.
The workshop will result in more focused thinking about how to plan for the future, the direction of change required for success, improve decision making and the allocation of resources.
The facilitator will take you through a clear proven process that has successfully been used with several membership associations and also highlight some of the key trends currently impacting on the membership sector.
This interactive day will include examples of plans developed by membership organisations and a template of the structure of an effective strategic plan.

All fees must be paid for in advance
Cancellations must be received 30 days in advance of the seminar date. All fees forfeited thereafter, however substitutions can be made
It is possible to change date after you have booked, but there is £25 administration fee if the change is made more than 2 weeks before the event and £70 administration fee if made less than two weeks before the event.
Normally each seminar is limited to 15 places to give delegates the opportunity to explore individual issues.
